Wynbrooke Townhomes in Murrells Inlet, SC

One of the nicer townhomes along the Grand Strand is Wynbrooke Townhomes.  These townhomes are located off Hwy 707 across from Prince Creek Golf Course.  These townhomes are two- and three-bedroom units that may or may not include a garage.  There are several different floorplans.  Some of the units have en-suites, meaning there is a bathroom attached to the bedroom, while others have two bedrooms that share one bathroom.  Some of the floorplans have an extra half-bath on the main level.  Within the community there is a gorgeous pool for residents, an easy walk from most of the townhomes. 

Some buyers may question what the difference is between a townhome and a condo.  Although most townhomes are on two-levels, the real difference is that the owner owns the land.  For this reason, townhomes are often more desireable.
