Oceanfront Condos are Affordable for Many in Myrtle Beach Area

Have you ever dreamt of owning a place with an Ocean View?  In today's Buyer's Market, that has become the reality for many.  In the Myrtle Beach Area distressed properties make up about one-third of the market.  Many of these distressed properties are Oceanfront condos.  Although the monthly fees can still run you hundreds of dollars a month, the actual cost of the condo has dropped dramatically.  So, is this the time to buy?  Absolutely! 

Today, you can own an efficiency Oceanfront unit for as little as $30,000.  That's pretty incredible.  When you consider what you would spend yourself for a few weeks at the beach each year with awesome views, it's pretty amazing.  And that's the Listing Price.  It could sell for much less.

The dream of living on the beach is not longer just for investors or the rich.  With prices at $30K, it is more affordable for the middle class.  Although getting a mortgage for an oceanfront condo can be difficult, with a price of $30K it may be possible to get a Home Equity loan  or borrow from one's pension, then pay cash for the condo.

The dream of living on the beach is alive and well.
