I am also certified in short sales and foreclosures. I’m ready to work for you in buying or selling property. Come learn all that the Myrtle Beach area has to offer.
How I came to choose the Myrtle Beach area!
Six years ago I decided to retire after teaching for 32 years in New Jersey. During my last Spring Vacation from teaching, I decided to visit my elderly cousin in Myrtle Beach. I fell in love with her home just a few blocks from the Atlantic Ocean. Wow! You could walk to the beach. All of the restaurants sealed the deal. In one day, I bought the lot on which I would build my retirement home. The low property taxes made my choice a no-brainer.
When I am not working, I spend time with my animals, play cards and mah johnn with friends or read. Animals are special to me. Dogs, cats and birds share my home. When I have time, I volunteer at Grand Strand Humane Society taking photos of the animals to put on Pet Finder. I've learned many new card games since moving to Myrtle Beach and I'd never played Mah Johnn before. Since I chose to move to a retirement community, everyone in my neighborhood is about my age so we have a lot in common. It's great to listen to the same music, enjoy the same TV shows and compete at the games we all enjoy. Since I taught English and Reading for so many years, I try to read at least one book a week. I can't keep up with my mom; however, she reads 4 books a week at the age of 92.
